From our looms in Banaras to your doorstep, every order is packed by hand and sent with care.

DISPATCH
- Ready pieces: dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
- Made-to-order pieces: dispatched within 2 to 4 weeks, as each is woven for you.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
Shipping is free on every order within India. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery usually takes 7 to 15 working days after dispatch.

Customs duties, import taxes and any charges levied by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.
