Product Description
A true black, with no brown or blue beneath it.
Silver butas are set across the body in even rows. The border is a broad silver band of woven flowers. The pallu takes a wide silver panel, with butas standing in a column beside it.
Silver on black is the plainest thing a Banarasi loom can do, and the hardest to do well.
Pure silk, certified by the Silk Mark, woven on the handloom in Banaras. 6.5 metres in all, including the unstitched blouse piece.

All our products are woven by our artisans in Banaras, on handloom or on powerloom, by the technique each design calls for, and go through strict quality checks before dispatch.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Exceptions: In the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged product, please share an unboxing/opening video with us within 24 hours of delivery. After reviewing the video, we will consider the request and provide a suitable resolution.
Please note that slight variations in weave, colour, or texture are natural to a woven textile and are not considered defects.
